No. We do not hold tryouts, operate multiple teams under one brand, or control team rosters or player movement between teams. Each team maintains full control of its players, coaching staff, culture, and decision-making process.
We understand every team has different needs, which is why we use an à la carte approach for cost. We work with you to identify what services and resources your team requires, then develop an estimate.
TBO Team First is primarily built for 8U–12U teams. However, we are open to working with older age groups.
Yes. In fact, existing teams are an ideal fit for TBO Team First since they already have a roster and team structure in place. We step in to support and enhance what’s already built.
Yes. You can use your existing name, logos, and colors as long as you own them. The only requirement is that the TBO logo is included on the uniform sleeve.
Yes. You have full control of your roster. While we do not build rosters, we will support your efforts through marketing emails, promotional flyers, social media, and visibility on TravelBaseballOhio.com.
Absolutely. Teams maintain full control over their coaching staff. Our role is to support the team off the field so coaches can stay focused on leading and developing players.
Not necessarily. Every team is different, so costs can be covered through player fees, sponsorships, fundraising, or a combination of all three. We’ll work with your team to find the funding approach that makes the most sense for your players, families, and goals.
